Kanectr : Idaho’s On-line Marketplace for Local Sellers, Makers, & Do’ers.
KANECTR – A message from the CEO
“As a lifelong small business owner, from the artisan vendor at markets and fairs, brick and mortar etc, the devastation of the pandemic has weighed heavily on my heart. As a single mother of two, being unemployed and unable to work was defeating and overwhelming. And I know that I’m not alone. I created Kanectr and the Boise Virtual Holiday Market Event to support my fellow small business owners by connecting local businesses with local customers – online. In a nutshell, KANECTR is about the reconnection of community. If nothing else, this pandemic has shown us that as a community, we need each other. The platform is easy to join. I have built a system of support that is available to every vendor that includes:
- Live IT support and customer support. Sellers even get a direct extension to their account manager who are all based in Boise and Pacific Northwest
- All merchant fees and service are included.
- Marketing and advertising including social media and email are included
- Sellers can have unlimited products or services in their virtual store.
- Sellers have 100% control over their specials, discounts or coupons.
- Our IT account managers will assist the seller or even build the complete virtual store for the Seller before the event.
- If the Seller has a website, ebay, Amazon, Facebook or Etsy store, Kanectr will handle importing their entire inventory into their KANECTR store in three easy steps.
- Our entire IT support team will be available throughout the entire event to support real time issues or questions should they arise.
Holiday revenues are critical for a small business. This year, it’s a matter of being able to put presents under the tree, and food on the table. But time is running out. I need all the support I can get from community partners to let Sellers know about the Holiday Market and reserve their space in time to generate holiday sales revenues. And I need the customers to come and shop locally. Any assistance that you can provide in regard to both of these challenges would be such a blessing. I appreciate your time and consideration of this endeavor, and I know in my heart that all of our small businesses will too.
Sincerely, Carly Jaquish, CEO Kanectr Marketplace
