Hubble Homes -Made in Idaho

With so much growth in Idaho, and so many builders coming into the area as too, it might be hard to decipher who’s from “around these parts” and who is new to the residential housing market around here. 

There’s subdivisions and new community signs popping up like dandelions in your yard (and remember, dandelions are our friends!) but I’d like to take a minute to talk about a home builder who’s homegrown, and proud to be made in Idaho!

That’s a lot of tradesmen, contractors, craftsmen and more who go to work every morning in our community, make purchases in our community throughout the day, and then go home to their OWN home….you guessed it, right here in our community. That’s 68 cents of every dollar that isn’t building someone’s out-of-state portfolio or swimming pool, and that’s something to be proud of as an Idahoan.

And here’s how the deal is sweetened for just about everybody in Idaho, whether you are a charity that’s passionate about dogs, dental care, domestic violence, salmon dams, and everything in between! 

There are 7 recipients of the proceeds from the sale of the Hero Home, and the 7 charities are nominated internally, by Hubble Homes employees and trade partners! They live, work, and thrive in these communities, so who would know better what their community needs to thrive? When those 7 charities are chosen, they aren’t put through a lengthy grant process or trial period, they are surprised with the donation from Don Hubble and the whole team for good, and I can imagine their surprise. 

Where’s the next Hero Home going to be? Ground was recently broken in Kuna, ID, and I can’t wait to see how much is donated when the home’s new owners close and 7 charities get a giant donation… 

You can buy a home from the builder of your choice, and there are many great ones to choose from; some local, some from places far out of town and out of state.
