JUMP Event Center
We are looking for 10-15 (Products, no Services) vendors to join us at JUMP Night. 2020 conference attendees and their guests (estimating about 1150 people) will be eating dinner, participating in activities, and socializing throughout the JUMP facilities. We plan to serve dinner and include activities on the 5th floor, in addition to providing other activities in the lobby and kitchen, as well as outside on the front lawn and circle, including vendors. We are looking for Buy Idaho vendors that can provide:
– beer/wine to sample (these vendors will be located on 5th floor with main event, will work
with JUMP to sell those same items at the several bars located on the 5th floor)
– non-alcoholic beverages
– pre-packaged food – chocolates, popcorn, etc.
– smaller items easy to take home on an airplane; things that would be great for Christmas
gifts as many conference attendees specifically shop for holiday gifts during this conference
– educational items – a majority of attendees are educators and love to find fun items that
can be used in traditional and non-traditional classroom settings for all ages (youth and
– items unique or special to Idaho
Once a vendor is selected, we will work with our national partner for this event (National Association of Extension 4-H Agents) to market and advertise vendors that will be present during our “JUMP Night”. As vendors and details are secured, vendor information will be shared as a part of this one-night event during the conference.
Event Date: October 21st, 2020
Event Time: 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Event Location: JUMP located in downtown Boise; About 10 vendors will be located outside the lobby
near front lawn and celebration circle; About 3-5 vendors sampling alcohol will be on the 5th floor.
Event Fee: None
Set-up time will be available prior to the event that afternoon. Once vendors are selected, we will work
with them and JUMP to meet their needs of the space.
About the Conference:
The 2020 National Association of Extension 4-H Agents’ Conference will be held in Boise, Idaho October 19-22, 2020. This is the first time in the 75-year history of NAE4-HA that the conference will be held in Idaho! The theme, 2020, A Vision for the Future will showcase the opportunities for professional development through educational programs, cultural diversity and service to the community. The Idaho Association of 4-H Professionals is taking an active role in supporting these professionals by hosting the conference in 2020. This professional development conference engages more than 1,000 4-H youth educators, from all 50 states and the US territories, in the latest research, experiential learning opportunities, and youth development knowledge.
