Annual Reception 2020 has a new home! We are excited to be able to host the 34th Annual Reception at the 34th St Market, from 4 – 8:30 pm, on October 1st, 2020. Compared to previous years, this celebration will be outside surrounded by the beauty of the Boise River with a delightful marketplace open to the public.
Event Details:
From 4 – 8:30 pm on October 1st, join us in celebrating 34 years of BUY IDAHO! In an attempt to have a safe and successful celebration, we have moved the event to an outdoor venue with ample space for social distancing. Please be aware that this venue is a dirt and gravel outdoor market. Casual dress is encouraged!
Pre-paid tickets price: $25 (wrist band will provide access to the pre-fix food items at the participating food vendor booths.) A cash bar will be staffed by 34th street market.
Vendor Details:
Up to 40 booth spaces including food, goods, and services! The market will be open to the public and receives quite a bit of foot traffic off the greenbelt.
Booth space is $100 for a 10 foot space, and is reserved for current Buy Idaho members. 1 event ticket is included in this booth price. Any additional personnel will require additional ticket purchases.
Power is VERY limited and we encourage all vendors to provide their own power source such as a small generator. Power spots will be available on the event registration page first come first reserve!
Food vendors: In lieu of outsourcing catering for this year’s Annual Reception, we are turning to you! All food vendors are still welcome to sell in the public market. For ticketed reception attendees, Buy Idaho is looking for a few food vendors to do a pre-paid, prefix sample of small, one serving items for 150 that ticket holders can enjoy. If you are interested in being a part of the catering for the event, please contact Jennifer@buyidaho.org with your proposal and cost ASAP.
All food and non-alcoholic beverage vendors must have a valid permit with CDH to participate.
Alcohol vendors may obtain proper permitting to sample.
All vendors must have a Garden City Vending permit. Please contact Garden City for information on this licensing.
We ask that all food vendors register ASAP in order to stay in compliance with CDH.
All vendors must provide their own weighted tents and seating.
Raffle Donations:
We are requesting donations for the Raffle at Annual Reception! Tickets will be sold at the event and will be available to the public. This is another great way to get your products and services in front of new customers! Contact the office for more details!
