Leadership Development Program - Leading for Legacy
The measure of effective leadership is based on the lasting effects long after they are gone.
As a leader grows, he or she begins to experience a shift in scope. They begin to think about the long-term results of their leadership - will they leave things better than they found them? Are they investing in the lives of their employees to help them be more competent and successful? Are they making decisions and changes now that will have positive results after they leave?
In this session you will discover the five areas of Leading for Legacy; thinking and planning strategically, building alliances and relationships that produce win-win results, making ethical decisions that uphold and strengthen the core values of the organization, creating open and honest lines of communication with the people they report to, and initiating and driving meaningful changes.
