Attorneys from Holland & Hart LLP will lead the seminar. The morning session will focus on such legal considerations as key provisions for international distribution and sales representative agreements, international intellectual property protection, the role of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
The afternoon session will explore legal issues related to international joint ventures, including how to structure such ventures and the various provisions companies should include in their international joint venture agreements.
