The Leadership Development Program, which consists of four parts, develops great leaders for any organization.
This learning experience is led by the Center's instructional team consisting of proven leaders from a variety of fields who have a passion for developing others. Leaders will participate in fast-paced, hands-on learning experiences culminating in practical, on-the-job application.

The characteristics and skills of a trustworthy leader
The principles and practices that develop people to be the best they can be at what they do
The necessary abilities for creating and maintaining quality work processes
The principles for creating a work culture that will outlive the leader's presence
Part 3: Managing Processes
If a person can't describe what they do as a process... they don't know what they are doing.
As a leader, you can quickly increase your team's effectiveness and overall efficiency, by using proven process tools. In this course you will have the opportunity to learn and practice process improvement in the following areas; customer care, project management, decision-making, problem-solving, and delegation.
Who Should Attend
Leaders with direct supervisory and management responsibilities who are seeking to develop character-based leadership skills that will help people become the best that they can be at what they do.
